All players do improve and decreased in performance this season, they all have their time because it do actually varies. Look at him now, he has won POTM award for November, such a good start for the Englishman this season. He rectify and amends his weaknesses and he's now primarily a starter in Manchester United line-up under Erik Ten Hag.

I have also heard Harry Maguire's statement and doubted whether he would be able to return to his best performance. But it seems like we are shocked by the mentality he has until now and he has proven to his fans that he still deserves to wear this uniform. Even being removed from his captaincy didn't make Harry Maguire want to leave Manchester United and preferred to focus completely on fixing existing mistakes.

Anyway, the month of November belongs to Manchester United because it was not only Harry Maguire who received this award, but Erik ten Hag and Alejandro Garnacho also received the same award in November for different categories.
