Better to wait until 21-28 December, so they're not having some excuse for some delay things like (We're planning to collecthing more data from user until the windows time is close). It's better to wait 28 December.
Let them take their own time as such refunds are not easy to process because there will be scammers trying to get something from them. IMO they are trying to refund money, whereas most casinos avoid doing it in the past we have seen such issues not getting handled. It is best to patiently wait till the end of this month like you said earlier and then we can start questioning them if nothing happens.
