I think if you only bet on sports betting or betting on bitcoin price predictions on freebitcoin, as far as I know you won't get any email from any of your winnings and it will be immediately credited to your account, unless you get weekly lottery prize wins and other big prizes Maybe you will get a notification on your email, but you must always make sure you subscribe to their site so you always get information and also get free WOF rounds via email sent to your email every day.

I hope that answers your question because I often win sports bets and also prediction bets on freebitcoin but never get any notification email and all winnings are immediately credited to my account automatically so I can say that based on my personal experience. @piebeyb I agree with you there won’t be an email for such a small win but if you have won the price on 9999 or 10000 then yes you would have received an email right away. Furthermore you can always contact support for help and here you can pm @TheQuin but where possible try and find the answer yourself as most answers are already available online.
