I just got off the phone with my friend and even though I gave him my BTC address he said he hasn't sent any payments yet.
So, your friend didn't send you anything! Why did you create this topic then and what are you complaining about? This is really confusing!
Anyways, when someone's send you money (coins) ask him for the payment transaction ID (hash) and use any blockexplorer to verify that the transaction has been confirmed (at least 1 confirmation). The money is not yours unless the transaction gets confirmed.

On a side note: use a real wallet. Use a non-custodial wallet such as Electrum.

When I received the money in my BTC wallet, I assumed that he was the one who made the deposit.
