I don't remember it's name. It might have had "monkey" in its name. [...] I emailed them when it happened but they didn't get back to me.

Let's start from trying to narrowing down the mixer, shall we? Though you don't remember their name, you've emailed them, you should be able to dig their name from your outbox. Can you do that?

If someone is using a mixer then they are privacy oriented, and thus would take other precautionary measures to maintain their privacy...one time dedicated email...Tails...etc. Everything was one time and I can't remember them (not that I've memorized them to begin with).
I could go through my Linux Live USB and dig up the wallet I used to send the coins and try to trace them through their address (if its even possible) but that's work I'm not willing to put in for $7. If a lawyer contacted me for potential lawsuit however...

So yeah, I didn't post this expecting a resolution, but merely out of contempt when i remembered them (when I saw the mixer ad) while trying to ask about the efficacy of mixers

Err... if you use everything single time [which, understandable], how did you plan to get notified by them? I assume you hold that address for few days to wait for their response and got nothing?

Correct. One time = that time. And that time no longer is.

First of all, I believe it's not "monkey", but rather "money", like whirlwind.money?

Umm, no that's not it. I'm not %100 sure there is monkey in their name, but somehow my brain is saying there was.

do you mind checking this thread and give the opening post a read? See if it ring any bell?

Weird. No bells ringing  Undecided. I don't think it's listed there.

I appreciate your detective initiative btw. Honestly not expecting it to go anywhere. I guess the best I expected was to gain some insight from others who've had similar experiences.
