There weren't many goals in this match even though both teams seemed to play aggressively, the defense was equally good, they took lots of shots, only resulting in 1 goal and managed to draw 1:1. Stuttgart took the lead in the first half and after halftime and the second half started, Leverkusen immediately launched an attack and managed to equalize in the 47th minute, at least both teams must be satisfied with the results of sharing these points and no one suffered defeat.

A draw is not a bad result for Leverkusen because this club has not experienced defeat in the Bundesliga, Leverkusen is the only club that has not been defeated in all competitions and this is an extraordinary achievement. I did not think that Xabi Alonso could make Leverkusen at an unbeatable level even though the club has played many matches, namely 22 matches, Xabi Alonso is truly an extraordinary coach.
Leverkusen's last game ended in a draw, although not a good result for them but it wasn't still a bad result either, their opponent's main aim was to avoid a defeat which they in turn kept up the game to a draw. Leverkusen were also the visiting team and so their chances weren't as concrete as it'd have been if they were playing at home. At the same time Stuttgart is a good team who are also in the top chart of the league.

Asides the outcome of the game, the team has had a good track record this season and they've been able to ensure that every opposing team knows that they're in for a tough game with them. Alonso is good on his part of managing the team and ensuring the tactical success of their games and the teams are relentless in their efforts to ensuring weekly wins and it's very much what every team should strive towards. So not to condemn them, they're a good team generally.
