Having an educational background could be beneficial when things in Bitcoin don't go according to your plan cause it is still volatile we still don't know what could be the outcome of Bitcoin in years. You can still use that knowledge or your degree when you are going to apply for some work. Both investment and study are a must, if you can't do both much better if you are going to focus on one.
