I think this will not be the case anymore, those who got their RLB free had been selling it when the RLB market started uptrend last time. I think the RLB holders now has more patience and for sure they will be holding RLB for some time, and if RLB started to get bullish, the possibility of FOMO-ing is always there so it won't be surprising if we see another run that will break its current ATH. But for sure, dumping will happen when someone wants to cash out their profit.
I find it normal since that's what we really need to do if we see a huge price upwards happening. Will surely join those people who will take a profit since this is already a good opportunity for us to earn. But also once the price lower down we can again buy some stash then hold for another time since there will be more price pump will happen especially next year where almost all tokens in the market will be drag by the hype of potential bull run to come.
FOMO will be there once price is starting to pump again so we should not be in that situation since we might placed our position at high price when price is continue to pump that's why as early as we can we should grab the opportunity to buy cheap RLB since its hard to get stress to hold quiet sometime especially if we bought at the top and we wait for some recovery thing that will happen.
