You have made a quite impresive points with numerous examples and detail explanation, I applaud you for that. I know making this post took you time to explain and you deserve respect for that. But In all you have said the once I bold above is the one I see as a harsh decision or sees it an. I don't think sabotaging people or reporting them is a good way to grow in rank. Because these might creat a wrong impression for the newbies or some people.

Many people who rearly make meaningful contribution always feel so Inferior or sees other people that grow so fast as if they do magic. But not knowing it's there effort that made them what they are. People who envy the rapid growth of other members took it upon themselves to monitor a slight mistake of someone and bring the downfall of such person. And they become happy for that. And it will need to people watching each other's mistakes instead of making quality post and meaningful contributions.
