Kylian Mbappe's potential addition to Real Madrid could indeed bolster the squad's depth. His presence could upgrade their attacking line which is not the best at the moment. Even though there is drama surrounding Mbappe's decisions in recent transfer markets, I dont see other better option for Mbappe to choose. While he was once predicted to be Cristiano Ronaldo's successor, his decisions to stay at PSG and the associated drama may have left some Real Madrid fans disappointed. Madrid also need to solve the defense issue which so far is covered up by a strong midfield. Finding a quality and young defender can be more challenging than acquiring a forward. But I think Madrid will solve it soon enough.
Buying a striker and several defenders will add depth to Real Madrid's squad to make it stronger because we can see how their strength has been in the last 5 years which has an even squad depth down to the bench. Real Madrid can make a final offer to Mbappe and if he acts again then I think Real Madrid will have to look for other options. A number of young players that Real Madrid have are not yet fully mature and maybe that is why they still really need Modric and Kroos.
