That's actually a good consideration for those who wants to use VPN. As long as they are from a country that you support your operations then there's no problem at all.

I want to provide some input incase you might be overlooking the facts here. There’s no casino ban VPN per se but rather the use of it to bypass the casino restriction is what makes it not allowed to use. But it’s general use has nothing to do with casino terms as long as you are not from restricted country.

Megapari comment means you are allowed to use VPN if you are from country which is not restricted from their service. You are committing a violation if you are from restricted country while you use VPN to bypass it when you proceed to KYC later on.
