Stuttgart is much above average and wouldn't be seen as a weak team playing against Leverkusen, at the bundesliga they have performed really well but this seems like their performance in the DBF pokal is still on an average hence the superiority of Leverkusen will most likely supersede the ability of Stuttgart. Bayer still managed to maintain the lead this year, this is a very good result, and although I like Bayern, I would like the competition in the Bundesliga to be higher, and it would be good if Bayer could achieve their goal and become champions. If you know in advance that there is a strong team in the championship, that has dominated for many years it becomes boring at some point, so I hope that Bayer can turn this around and make Bayern take the Bundesliga more seriously. Despite Bayern's poor performance last season, they were able to become champions, this should not happen again.

Yes, Bayer Leverkusen still looks strong at the top of the Bundesliga standings, even when Bayer Leverkusen achieved a draw with Dortmund, Munich was unable to take advantage of the opportunities that existed against weak teams instead they suffered defeat and as a result were unable to shift Bayer Leverkusen's position so Bayer Leverkusen still sits comfortably at the top of the standings with a difference of four points from Munich. Knowing this, Munich is definitely very under pressure with the presence of Bayer Leverkusen which makes it a little difficult for them to win the title again, but according to some people this is what is expected because there is another team that dares to break Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga and this makes the league more competitive and not boring.
