Anyone who is still swindled these days by the cheap casino fraud is to be blamed, they are such that look for too many offers like high bonuses, no-KYC and many more. What do you expect? I think that there is more exposure now, no one should be lured into the pretence of casinos no matter what. That is why I like to face reality and do my KYC and even make sure that I deal with only casinos that do KYC and are truly regulated.

What do you mean by "truly regulated"? Because for example the Curacao license many casinos use is useless. Means nothing, protects from nothing. But people keep blindly believing that if any license is there, then you can trust the place. That is actually a piece of "paper" bought for money. You just pay a lot of money to some suspicious man for getting the icon on the website. Who from those who will comment on this ever went through the procedure of getting that license?

We are saying the same thing, friend. Even if it manages to get to the government of Curacao itself, the regulation is not still strong and that is the reason why casinos are rushing there just to have that tag. Once you can pay, then you are good to do. However, due to this, a lot of people will impersonate the government and collect the money for regulation from new casinos and still issue the tag for them which is fake. Also, some casinos will deliberately replicate the tag and put it on even when they are not truly registered and regulated by the government of Curacao. These are different scenarios playing out, and for the fact that the regulation is even weak itself, there is no way one will truly know if what we see on a casino as regards Curacao regulation is true or not. The government of Curacao doesn't even care to issue warnings regularly upon checking the authenticity of the casinos using their label like the strong regulators often do.

That is what I mean by the "true regulation." Some are just fake even as the regulation of Curacao is not strong itself.
