We agree with what you say, so there's no point in comparing each coach, in fact I prefer to just speak according to their portion. just like Xabi Alonso, who is currently managing Bayer Leverkusen. the team which was originally in the red zone, was able to advance with a very good trend and finished in 6th place in the previous season. now, Xabi has brought his squad to the top of the Bundesliga standings. of course, what we see at Leverkusen now cannot be separated from his touch in handling the squad under his care. we can give high appreciation, even though at the same time several top team competitors are not at their best. likewise with what you said, it doesn't mean that Xabi can handle Real Madrid successfully even though it is filled with very competitive players. in fact, the challenge will become increasingly difficult. especially, if a club is filled with many established stars. what is certain is that the atmosphere in the dressing room will be very influential.

Well, I'm reminded of Nagelsmann, who found it difficult to handle his team in Bayern Munich's own dressing room. that's why disharmony does not occur. and, this does not apply to Xabi Alonso with Leverkusen. but it seems that because Leverkusen doesn't have many big-name players, this seems to give Xabi Alonso more freedom. and uniquely, when Xabi was linked with a giant Spanish League club, he even said he was not worthy enough to handle a team as big as Real Madrid. for me, the right answer was given by Xabi Alonso, he was measuring his abilities with Leverkusen. that's why, if I'm not mistaken, Alonso prefers to stay at Leverkusen. well, let's just see how the Leverkusen squad and Xabi Alonso play out match after match in various competitions. especially maintaining their ranking at the top of the Bundesliga standings, until this season ends. and that is quite a challenge to make happen.
Alonso has very much been impressive in his performances for Leverkusen. He's been watched and observed and in all his games, he's proven to present an outstanding and formidable team. He's just new in the business but yet still has set up a formidable team. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities. He's proven to be worthy to handle well any team presented to him and definitely I believe he can do well if another team is put in his care. Maybe his strategies work well for him and can still work well with another team.

With Leverkusen, he's done well and he's working towards an aim for the club. He's been watched closely to see how well he'd be able to keep up with the games for the team and see how well he can uphold against their biggest threat in the Bundesliga. He's just been able to prove himself worthy to take on a higher ranked club. His good at what he's done so far even with a less productive squad as Leverkusen, now one would imagine how enormous he'd achieve with a productive squad with higher player capacity and quality.
