What I can see here is that playsherbet bitcointalk account is just representative who is working under the main sherbet team on the site but seems that the communication between them is not quick enough.
I think it would be better if this playsherbet account is handling the whole contest, not only the thread but also the prizes before the contest start or before the contest end so eveyrthing will run quicker without long delay.

Yeah he clearly has no control whatsoever with everything that is ongoing with the site and he still hasnt get back to me on my enquiry as well. Im not sure if he is trying to ignore me at this point but I hope not lol

We'll have a different experience. My first withdrawal with this site was instant and didn't require KYC. Also, it was a 50$ withdrawal.

I read in their chat that there is a survey to answer and then they will give you a little reward after answering the survey. The survey is all about their platform and user experience.
