I think with a very narrow point difference, opportunities for changes in position in the standings will continue to occur, most likely even until the end of the season. Yes, the competition is so tight that Arsenal's defeat cost them a drop from first in the table to fourth is staggering to say the least. So I agree with you that this rate of change in the table will continue until the end of the season. As for the transfer window, even in the media there are few rumours about it and I can't imagine who and where in the EPL might move to
