I doubt such terms exist. In most cases, revenues and earnings through affiliate commissions can be withdrawn instantly and freely. If there's a term like that as you say, I doubt that casino will lure their customers to their affiliate earning section.

If thats the case then it would really be not ideal or something that interesting if you would really be needing to wager those bonuses that you do get from referral earnings or the amount they wagered.
If thats the case then people would really be just flocking away and would be finding for another place. We do know that there are those people who are really that good when it comes to marketing
or affiliation and if they would be finding out these required things or terms then they would really be just simply ignore it out and find for those places who dont have.
Im also that curious on which site does have that kind of terms. It would be understandable if these rollovers would be applied on free spins or those deposit bonuses but for
referral earnings?it is really just that too much.
