We have already to discuss about this before and Arsenal is the favourite and many people will predict they will be able to overcomes Porto and easily to advances to the next round and if i am not mistaken this is the first time to Arsenal to playing at round of 16 under Arteta because previously Arsenal always be failed to reach top 4 and indeed one of Arsenal biggest weaknesses is they don't have sharp striker at their team because so far only Bukayo Saka who can able to performing well and scores 8 goals in all competitions and he is a midfielder not striker

However Porto have more experience in champion league compared to Arsenal because according to their statistics in this competition almost for each year Porto always be playing at group stages even they were often to advances to the round of 16 so Porto cannot be underestimate but indeed for first leg Porto will playing as a host so i think they want to utilized their home match to gets the winning result and during group stages Porto only lose from Barcelona with narrow score besides that Porto can able to win with big scores several times so this is big challenge for Arsenal to beat Porto or at least gets draw result in the first leg
