When you know that person is a scammer/liar and you still pay him to do some job for you, you are here to be blamed for hiring him. So, it was a huge mistake from them to hire Ratimov for promoting their business because person with negative rating and attention can't bring any good to the project, why should I click on a link that's promoted by scammer? Logical question, right? Another mistake was to pay him 6 months budget upfront. Two basic but important mistakes were done.
