When you they deal with cryptocurrencies you go hear about something called reflinks very soon, Reflinks wey they know as referral links or affiliate links, they don design this links wey fit lead you to a page where you go fit register to use the service. E fit dey possible you too go get your own reflink from the website of the service, if you too come login to your account, if you too come day share your reflink other people(users) come click on it and they sign in to the service, the person wey day click on him reflink to register to the service go get small commission as him don refer another person (user).
Reflinks day different form normal links, because if person share reflink him go get small commission, and reflink day show for the link because normally for reflink you go see individual latter / number combination or even username.

So, reflink don day very popular because the person way get the reflink fit get small something if him share the link.
Unfortunately, the fact way they cause this things called “Refspam” na him you go see say them day post Reflinks anyhow just to get people(users) way go fit register through the reflink. Nah because of this bitcointalk bring rules we go prevent dis “Refspam”.

If you go post reflink dey go delete your post, and if person(you) continue to dey post refspam posts, dey fit ban (temporarily) him account in bitcointalk, so make wona day very careful and make wona no day post reflinks.

E get some special causes , wey they fit tolerate reflinks like if you include am in a very informative reply / description wey go add value, a person wey get site who want track traffic coming from bitcoin talk or similar where e dey very clear say e no be ref-spam.

If you dey doubt the link make you avoid your self to enter trouble you should just follow the rules and make you use the legal way to use reflinks in bitcointalk.

1.) Reflinks wey day your signature
It Is allowed make you use reflinks for your own signature. If you wan to put or wear signature to your account, your account most reach at least jr member, but e no day possible to click the link in signature of jr member, other people (users) will have to copy them in URL by them selves. In Members and above you go fit click the link wey day their signature.

2.) Use reflinks as a website for your profile

You fit link Reflinks to your own profile page and referenced in a post. How you go fit link a reflink in your own profile page works go dey as follows:
Choose Profile for your profile => Forum Profile Information and for there you fit put your reflink for the Website URL. If you like, you fit choose a name for the Website title, wey go show for your profile in Website.

For Profile => Forum Profile Information you go see the option to change your personal signature.

For a normal post in this forum you fit point out say you have a link for your profile at "Website". E go look like this:

3. Refliks for your personal text

E fit day possible to post your referral link as personal text. You fit find it in your account settings, explain by sheenshane here. E go work if your link no too long because your personal text get limit and you fit use only a limited number of character.

But ahbeg , make wuna no spam reflinks for normal posts, make you better use the method I don explain for up. Refspam dey annoy person and e no dey allowed self. And if you dey abuse dis method to create sigspam / spam to refer to your reflink in your profile you fit also get problem oo. Better be careful
