I have the same thinking as you when Arsenal were about to play Fulham in their last Premier League match, but Arsenal lost the match which was surprising to some people because Arsenal deserve to win that match but a comeback from them was amazing and they won the match at the end.

Fulham have quality players in their squad which include William, Alex Iwobi and other experience players that will lead the team to a better position in the Premier League.

He is a good coach but not a lucky one. He has all the players he needs then while coaching PSG, but failed to win them the Champions League; I don't also believe in him at Chelsea anymore because he have quality and expensive players in his squad, yet no consistency.
