I think PSG will be fine if Mbappe really goes to another club, because currently Enrique has no shortage of good players in his squad. I could not agree with you. PSG will suffer horribly if Mbappe leaves next summer. I think if Mbappe leaves this season in the winter, PSG will still be able to win the league but if he leaves next season, they will have to fight even harder. Currently, Ligue 1 is like a picnic to PSG. They just go and win the matches and return home. They can just draw a match and it won't seem to be affecting the table that much due to the huge lead that PSG has got over other teams.

But next season it will be different because everyone will start with 0 points. If PSG can find a replacement for MBappe then it might be possible otherwise it won't be. The whole team is dependent on Mbappe. This is not good and you cannot beat a big team with these tactics which is clear by their performance in the UEFA Champions League.
