Manchester City have been playing a great game even when De Bruyne was not around in the club. Not I tile recently that they began to lose matches to some teams unexpectedly. I would have confidently just say that, the absence of De Bruyne was what was causing them to lose in those matches but when De Bruyne went on injury initially, the teams have been doing great and have won many matches before they started playing poorly.

The return of De Bruyne will not only bring strength back to the team’s midfield but will also give them more courage to face any team in the premier league and win as they are currently fighting to get back into the first position on the table. Indeed City played a great game but they need De Bruyne back as quick as they can if they want to go back 2 back UCL champions. This season is way hard for them to conquer the trophy and from my point of view , I do think Bayern are the 1st favorites and then City and Real but you are right , De Bruyne presence will be felt as soon as he steps on the pitch and City also needs him for EPL fight.
