I'm afraid you'll have to translate your Pinescript into MQL4 by hand. I am not aware of any script/tool that can automatically convert Pinescript code to MQL. But if you have written the Pinescript code yourself, this should not be a problem technically, the MQL documentation is very good and you can also find lots of examples on Stackoverflow and co: MQL4 Reference
