I think the best is to contact their customer care and ask them what to do. But I noticed that if I put the VPN connection of the country the exchange is not restricted, there has been no problem. But this is nit common but when I forget to off the VPN. Only restricted countries that will pop up a warning on the exchange. But if using it for a long time, I do not know what could happen.

I do not know. But on exchanges that are requiring KYC, it can be known from the identity document that someone is from a restricted country. K do not know much about those exchanges that will require no KYC. But the exchange terms and conditions must be fully read for the exchange user not to fall victim if withdraw issue. But I will not advise people to use VPN.
