Both Manchester City and Newcastle teams have performed well. I was very afraid that the game was full of great competition between these two teams and the spectators were disappointed every one. This match was not suppose to be easily predicted especially how it was started, Manchester City scored first but Newcastle were able to equalise and added another goal again. They were no goals again until the second half of the game which leveled the game. The goal in the final minutes of the extra time was the most crucial in the match as it gave Manchester City the winning goal and the three points they came for. I wouldn’t say that Newcastle performance was poor but Manchester City was just more lucky and dominated the match more than them.

Luck happens to every team in football and this luck doesn’t just come without you putting an effort to make it work for you. Chelsea must have been seen as a weak team this season but the win against Fulham was well deserved and they worked towards making it happen even though it was through a penalty. So Chelsea didn’t manage to score one goal, if they didn’t work towards getting that one goal, they wouldn’t have scored any in the match, so great play and good win for them. They just need to be consistent and win matches that needs to be won without any doubts or regret of not clinching victory is the matches.
