Can you tell the full story behind this issue here? Because I think there are more reasons behind this requirement. A member above said he participated in BC.GAME's survey and was able to withdraw his bonus without any problem. Then why this problem happened to you. Before blaming BC.GAME I think you should check if you did any mistake. Since this has not happened to other members, do you investigate the cause of your issue? Or share a screenshot of your conversation with the support team?

We can guess the problem, first he created a new account and activated free wheel this is an active promo for all new users who meet the requirements well the bonus balance requires wager to be released while for withdrawals requires the first deposit I suspect he is in this situation because he does not understand the applicable rules. I remember some of my friends won this promo without problems of course after meeting all the requirements including KYC so if they don't want complicated rules they should ignore promos and use personal money, that simple.
