Look at the activity of the account and the number of posts but it doesn't have any good merits. I think this is not a bot thread in the beginning because OP seems to be answering or posting something in the past but just stopped communicating here now and only using bot nowadays.
but that is correct that what if there is a issue that needs to be address then only the support that we can lean on as they have no human representative in this forum.

I guess you are referring to the other account 8bet.io, because this 8betnews seems to be created for posting promotion only.
I checked the first few pages of his old post history, actually there is no post by 8betnews that can be said as communicating with others.
8betnews account was used to post about lottery in the beginning and now is focused to post free spins code only in daily basis to keep this thread alive and stay in the first pages of the gambling board.
As I said previously in this thread, 8betnews is like a bot eventhough it is managed by real human but I believe it is not designed to communicate with others.
