I agree with you, can still do a lot of things but must admit it won't be easy because they are under pressure and burden. Since the last 2 seasons Everton has always been close to relegation zone and this is their 3rd season meaning Everton have the experience to get through. Oh yes, today Everton is playing in the FA Cup here we can see whether this problem has an impact on the player's performance or everything is normal.
If the Premier League and Fifa want to be fair, I think they need to let Everton be at this time, you can't demote a team twice in a season but I think they are doing this one because of they observed that after the first demotion of the deducted points, they were able to comeback to a great shape again and they now want to use fresh allegations to destroy them meanwhile Manchester City is having that financial fair play issue but it seems Manchester City doesn't want scandals and have probably lobby big people to help maintain the club, such a corrupt league.
It always looks very interesting any season that Liverpool is topping the Premier League table toward the end of the season because they hardly give up, so I believe that this ending of the season will be tough. Manchester City is now back in form, so these two teams and to drag each other at the end of the season if possible, no two will face any problems of player injury, and probably Arsenal may also just be in the title race, but I can't really talk about them now because of the decline in performance they are just facing recently. But let's see their few games to come. May they be in form and fight for this title.
Manchester city is looking for a perfect opportunity to flip Liverpool and become the best in the table and if they successfully carried that out, it will be difficult for any team to remove them. Lovely Arsenal that people has been depending on to win the Premier League may fail this season again because they are not picking up like the way Manchester City was active. They better act now because Tottenham are picking up the speed to over take some other teams.
