I've tried my best to be the very best version of myself, there's certainly no time to hold back but exerting the same energy level received by people. We can make profits and losses from the system, it just depend on what we do and how we're able to stretch our mappings and strategies
As i told before, self-exclusion is best way to get out of anything if one seriously give his best effort for that. There are many ways to making money and it depends on people what source they are choosing for what perpose. I mean its okey to gambling for fun but not primary source of income. Nothing wrong with gambling untill a person get addicted and keep losing his all in it. That's why need to take step. If he fails to do avoid it ownself then he may ask help for such organizations what op mentioned in his statements but the process will take time to complete. Addiction is kind of thing where anyone can't get out of it shortly
Once gambling becomes an addiction it is really difficult to quit. When gambling consumes a person's thoughts and actions silently when they cannot stop even after repeated attempts when all economic family or social relationships are gradually destroyed then it will turn into a mental illness. If a gambler can keep himself in control then no action is needed. But when you lose control and your family goes beyond correction you have to find another way.

Of course and indeed this is what is feared from the addiction phase, firstly it is very difficult to be treated and secondly the impact of the addiction situation is very bad, I'm not sure they will feel fine if they have entered into that situation because what they will experience is a cycle of chasing victory to restore the defeat in the previous time, or the intention is to break even which is quite impossible in gambling activities, that's why we always have to bring money that we can be responsible for whatever the outcome is because obviously what is feared is that you get emotional and instead chase victory because you are unable to accept the fact that you lost.

A gambler who has entered the addiction phase, they have a mindset and beliefs that are very different from other gamblers or normal people, where the point of the problem is in terms of expectations, they are too excessive in placing expectations due to a lack of understanding or even misunderstanding of what winning in gambling is, they think that it is like something they can definitely get, when in fact it is nothing more than something that is still uncertain or just a chance, so what happens is that they always try to pursue it and without realizing that the number of losses is getting bigger. Therefore, this is the importance of why we must always apply self-control, limits and awareness in gambling in order to minimize things that are not wanted.
