If a company or lotto organizer had to go the extent of embarrassing themselves by using a fake picture of a winner, then it means that there is no winner in the first place because if there is a winner, and he wanted to remain anonymous to the public, there are better ways to go about it than faking this picture, where the editor who created the picture did a very bad job. That is the point. If the winner didn't want to be recognized, there shouldn't be the need for taking any pictures at first place. That would be much more legit than sharing an obviously faked picture on social medias to justify a winner who might not even exist. The story is so absurd that it became funny after all... Now despite investigations and every other political procedures going on, people should just stop playing on this lottery for their own good. There are so many gambling offers available on the internet nowadays that this local lottery can be totally forgotten by Filipinos without any prejudices for them.

Anyway, don't expect anything from the government and politicians, under the risk of wasting precious time of your life waiting for a justice which may never come, because corruption is permeated through all those spheres of power.
