probably trying to be creative, and yeah, I agree, a simple censoring or blurring would have been more than enough and people would not have been suspicious about it, also putting out a disclaimer for the reason of blurring/censoring would help too.

but Manoling is too good. he will share with whoever is necessary to share money with so they are going to be working and protecting each other's backs. the current chairperson must have been greedy and took the money for the few only.

but never in my entire life have i seen or known someone who actually won sweepstakes in our country. the one on tv who ironed his ticket got his money after several years but there must have been some arrangement behind the scenes that he only got a partial amount.
