Well, PCSO just admitted that photo was intentionally edited for security purposes but the only problem here is that the editor seems too confident of what he did to that photo that draws the whole nations attention. It's like removing the background of the main photo and then changing it with another one. As a result it looks funny can create doubts. 😅
Yup! That was aired on the news the last time, funny to think that they have a lot of money but can't afford to hire a professional digital and photo editor, even a high school student nowadays can even edit clearly than their editors. Seems like they don't have one, knowing that they are one of the richest governement agency. They literally make fun of themselves, I don't know if it's intentional so that they can be talked about more on social media or what. Well, until now most Filipinos still don't believe that there is a winner of the winning jackpot prize because if there is, it will resonate on social media and everyone will recognize who the winner is.
