Let's see if I get this correctly, when your ex-girlfriend pretended to be you and asked for a closure for your account, she did it by requesting self-exclusion? And based on the screenshots with Rollbit's live support [re-uploaded below], you mentioned about it just now, when the issue of this second account arise, and not when you had the first account closed and you reached to them by email?

Edit: I see that you also have another thread about this matter in gambling board, which later moved to this section. Going to read that thread too as it has more discussion, and then sticking to this thread.

Edit 2: finished reading that thread. I've sent Razer a PM, notifying him about the existence of this situation and both thread, and asked him to look into that first account, see if it's indeed was a self-exclusion [kinda moot, but let's make sure everything is done properly]. I am encouraging you to focus the discussion in one thread, either this one or that, instead of having it on both and make everything rather hard to follow.

Holy, thank you for your assistance in this matter. This is correct my ex closed the account, falsely claiming a gambling issue. I was never informed about not being able to open other accounts. After the mandatory 21-day wait, I found out the account was permanently closed when I contacted support. Unaware of the multiple account rule, I created a new one. I of course wouldn't have deposited funds if I knew they'd be forfeited. Despite them detecting my account, they allowed me to play and deposit until I requested a withdrawal. If they won't honor my winnings, they should at least refund my initial deposits.
