If you want to gamble just for the entertainment you can get out of it there is not much to do, just keep control of the money you spend, and this can be easily done by deciding before you start to gamble how much money you are willing to use during your session, so once that amount is reached you stop gambling and then do something else with your time, and as long as you follow that simple rule everything else is optional and up to you.
