Thank you for responding, Razer. My ex accessed my account, and this interaction with your support was marked as read, though I didn't read it. This rule was communicated only once, and when I later tried to activate the account, it wasn't mentioned. Had I known, I wouldn't have created a new account and deposited money. Why wasn't the account banned instantly upon detection? It seems contradictory to allow deposits and play, only banning when I attempted to withdraw after winning. If my fairly won winning won’t be honored at least refund my deposits.
I think you missed where they said that your total withdrawals approximately double your deposits, so they won't refund anything. I believe that's also clearly stated in the terms of service. I advise you to thoroughly read the ToS of any casino before deposit any money with them so that you exactly know what you are dealing with. This will save you a lot of headache
I think you missed the part where I said I never got my withdrawals.
