Thank you for responding, Razer. My ex accessed my account, and this interaction with your support was marked as read, though I didn't read it. This rule was communicated only once, and when I later tried to activate the account, it wasn't mentioned. Had I known, I wouldn't have created a new account and deposited money. Why wasn't the account banned instantly upon detection? It seems contradictory to allow deposits and play, only banning when I attempted to withdraw after winning. If my fairly won winning won’t be honored at least refund my deposits.
