This is terrible that people are so poor and fuckt up in the head they in the first place need to loan money from strangers online, only there the warnings signal start.
But lets be honest.
How hard is it for a REP-member to create an ALT just throw it with merits and pretend it somebody "new" and then scam with loan? I am not saying this is the case, but it's not hard at all if you being here long time enough.
It's something I been notice lately and one users seems to take everything personal and she 100% have many many alt because she is poorer then a stray cat.
