Also i checked btctalk and another user facing same problem they just declining his withdrawals so im not the only one.

Stay away from that one, peace!

They were also active up to 16th Feb, several days after this scam accusation was made, but they never bothered to respond.

I am seeing more users in a simillar situation like you in their thread
