It is very much important for one to cultivate these qualities; discipline and self awareness or better still stay away from gambling if he can’t keep up after all gambling is not the only thing that can save you. Gambling is mainly for the fun with a little bit of expectation. Basically emotions are bound to rise because you are actually staking you hard earn money and hoping to win so it naturally normal to feel some emotions while gambling, but it how we control our emotions that makes us discipline and responsible.

It is up to the individual to choose whether to gamble or stay away from gambling. Casinos also always warn all their users to be able to gamble responsibly. But the problem is that not everyone can do it because of the temptation of gambling, so those who cannot control themselves will fall deeper into gambling, and that is not the casino's fault. Those who use gambling excessively should have known from the start of their gambling that gambling can make them forget to stop gambling and can cause even more losses. And when they know the risks of gambling, they should be able to prevent anything that could have a bad impact on their lives, especially preventing losing a lot of money because when someone gambles too often, there is a tendency for them to always return to gambling even without self control. That is why a person must know when he should stop gambling so that he does not gamble excessively so that he can prevent the bad effects that could occur. And to be able to say that he has had enough gambling requires continuous practice so that he can get used to always stopping gambling on time. When he gets used to knowing when he has to stop gambling, he will only see gambling as a place to have fun in his free time and will not gamble for too long or excessively because it could have a bad impact on him.

At some point, I am beginning to think that, we are over reaching for this topic of gambling and what it impacts could be on individual who doesn't have control over they gambling activities, what we need to know is that, casino's are out for business so no one should blame them when an individual becomes and addict which result into debt or other kinds of bad outcomes.

I read somewhere and individual was blaming a gambling company for his last loses, this is because, he failed to manage himself to a point that he can gamble safely, but when he lost his entire life holding, he started to play the blame game on the casino, but I am sure the casino will win the case, because he took the company to court.
