As we know last season he was let go from Madrid so why include him back in the list when everyone has agreed to start a new start for each of them.

Benzema is a good player and he is one of Madrid legends who cant be forgotten but that doesn't mean we should hold back and bring him back in his old age. At the very least, there should be a longterm contribution and Ancelotti likes that scheme so much that they always bring in young players and now that the Benzema rumor mill is in full swing we know that this won't be the case because they (Madrid and Benzema) have gone their separate ways.

It really doesn't make sense if Ancelotti brings Benzema back to Los Blancos because he is almost old while Real Madrid needs talented young players to be able to contribute in the long term while Benzema currently having performance problems in saudi arabian team so it is unlikely that Benzema will be brought in back to Real Madrid.
on the one hand, currently it seems more likely that Benzema will think about trying to go to an EPL team, who knows which team, but what is certain is that he seems very confident that the EPL will be the next career place for Benzema, but currently his status may only be on loan.

what you have said in the first line of the words you wrote is that Real madrid must start with new things such as using new players who are more talented and have young age like Bellingham who is currently having good achievements there and another reason maybe Real Madrid still keeping Toni Kroos on the grounds that he is one of the key players but in the end he will definitely have the same fate as Benzema who will be on the transfer list.

It's not wrong to bring in a more mature player if that's what's needed to add attacking power but bringing Benzema back is a difficult thing to do because after all, if Madrid and Benzema still had the same vision then surely Madrid wouldn't have let Benzema go last season and now that they've parted ways that means it's over for them so there's no need for a reunion.

That's not to say we don't appreciate Benzema, but at his age and with Madrid's concept of young players, it's very difficult for Benzema to start again at Madrid because it's very likely that Benzema's fit has been lost because of his age.

Madrid will definitely be looking for a striker next season but it won't be Benzema.
