The strongest candidate to win the league remains real madrid. despite the tight competition in the table standings with a tight point difference also with girona. but the depth of the squad including the reserve players is better and better real madrid. that's what causes real madrid to be more favored. because if the main player is injured. his coating player can replace equally well in contrast to girona.

Barcelona was only lucky last season but madrid has been successfully rebuilding the squad again while barcelona is still struggling with its debt that is still not being paid.
