The idea of allotting a certain amount of money to gambling monthly or weekly depending on the individual is actually a very good idea but then the problem I'm having with your idea is the percentage, because if you understand that gambling nis actually for fun and entertainment and not for making money primarily, which means it shouldn't be seen as a side hustle either.
