Bitsler is a very underrated casino. When they were running a signature campaign, it was one of the most popular casino. Try contacting the Bitsler support team, I've experienced problems before because the securities haven't been KYCed, $560 is frozen and can't be withdrawn provided the KYC is successful. If old mistakes are brought up again, whether they can be saved or not, I don't know, at least try again. 300$ is a big amount for football betting.
