And when i check SwapSpace ToS, it state about KYC on certain cases.

It was up there and I didn't notice it. I searched for SwapSpace.co and guess what I found, they have a topic here on the forum.

Changelly, ChangeNOW, and businesses associated with Evercode Lab, do not have a good reputation and many people will definitely not like using them to convert currencies, especially with the cases of fraud present in the forum.

So it is a web-based wallet using Evercode Lab aka Changelly for exchange.
