This is one of the worst excuses I have even seen from a casino as a means to claim users deposits and the amount they won from betting.
But before I start, let me ask you: @Op, was the withdrawal that you made that was rejected the first and only withdrawal that was made since your account registration? Have you not received any successful withdrawals?
And in the past, do you have any accounts that violated the casino rules? I'm asking all this because I need to know the reason and where you have cost the casino something that they need to compensate for with your deposit. If it was something of abuse, at least they should return your deposit to you.
Without drawing conclusions, hearing from the other side of the story will also go a long way. They have an ANN thread here, and their campaign was paused a few weeks ago. Hopefully, we might be able to get a reply from their representative.
