If the user has been unlucky to pick a fixed match, or he was probably aware of that and wanted to take advantage of that at the casino, a void game and confiscating all his winnings won't also be far from a fair judgement, but why suspend the account entirely and also block him even from having his initial deposit withdrawn?
Aside from placing a bet on a fixed match, has the accuser committed any other form of abuse in your casino that resulted in the company losing funds to him? If not, I think it could really be fair enough to at least allow him to get his deposit back. This is just my opinion and a fair judgement.
Some casino seems to amazed me why when someone places a bet he lost the game they didn't involved themselves with correct scores but whenever are gambler is lucky and make his or her predictions correctly and happens to be big time winning at this point the casino owners would digging to know the form of techniques the gamer uses to have pass the game, or probably what strategy did he used at this point the could bind them with their ToC where it would only favor them during their judgement. Was there any moment for gambler to go have a discussion with team or player to know what outcome their games could be and how did they know it's a correct score?
When some casino's are making judgment they should know some facts that there isn't anything like correct while gambling because at some point if the correct score option aren't properly pick they gambler would still end up losing big time.
