I won't give you a target because I'm not interested in your service as I find it totally unethical. Why should I want someone's account to get banned who's been active on that platform and might be earning his/her bread and butter through that account? If you really don't want to be a scammer then kindly create a service that would be helpful for others rather than something that could cause trouble for someone.

I agree with samReomo, banning service of anyone account, is not just un ethical, it a crime, it better to remove this service from bitcointalk forum or flag these kind of illegal service seller. It not a blackhat forum. Do post your service somewhere else.
