Seems that it currently cannot use large pages. For now you can just mine without large pages, if you could not use then nobody can.
I will prioritize adding the fix to the next release. But the main thing right now is to make it use dns seeder.
"hashespersec": 0 - it is probably not working as intended. Or you not waited enough for it to show the value (it should show after some time).
You should be able to mine without large pages.

It should run on Ubuntu 22 very well, and the libboost 1.74 is available for it. If it is not present in your package manager you can download it and install manually.
