It is worth appreciating the strategy used by Pochettino. If Chelsea can maintain a stable performance like this, it is not impossible that they can re-enter the top 10 standings and become a big team to be reckoned with in the EPL.

Nobody can say it was bad because the match was really thrilling, but Manchester City was just unlucky because they failed to score more than 1 goal before the match ended. Chelsea performed very well in defense in that match, it is the best way to get points when they play against a favorite team like Manchester City.

Despite missing a big opportunity to lead the standings, Manchester City will not be far from Liverpool. Tomorrow Manchester City will host Brentford at home and they must ensure victory. Pep Guardiola must ensure that the point gap with Liverpool is only 1 after the match against Brentford, sso they have to avoid losses and draws.
