When your gambling activity affect your emotion too much, that's not a good sign and I think you should stop for a while.
Evaluate yourself especially your gambling activity, why it can change your emotion because I think your emotion is changed like 180° means that you lost something that more than you should.
If you have better limit on how much to lose, I dont think your emotion will change that much.
I cant deny that I was like you when I was still in my early gambling journey, luckily experiences teach me a lot and I can learn from it.
